This service is provided for small, mid-sized businesses which can range from start-ups, SMEs, and family-owned businesses. I support companies through business lifecycle solutions with tailored service offerings. The services can include commercial advice and customized business planning, funding, financial management, advisory boards, structuring, succession planning as well as financial reporting and business strategy.
Corporate Coaching:
As an executive coach, I work with individuals (usually executives, but often high-potential employees) to help them gain self-awareness, confidence, clarify goals, achieve their development objectives, unlock their potential, and act as a sounding board.
Mentorship:
The purpose of acting as a mentor is to help you grow as a person and become the best version of yourself. This may involve helping you achieve your personal or career goals, introducing you to new ways of thinking, challenging your limiting assumptions, sharing valuable life lessons, and much more.
Board Member:
As a board member, I will be part of the board of directors and help serve as an organization’s governing body. I will work with Shareholders to help create company policies and oversee the organization’s managerial decisions. The objective is to guide, advise and help a healthy continuity of an organization.
